Manuscript Assessments
A manuscript assessment is a detailed report that examines the key elements of your manuscript, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses, and outlining areas for improvement. All my manuscript assessments include a 30-minute video consultation to answer your questions and discuss the next steps towards publication.
Manuscript assessment for 1 x picture book manuscript (up to 1000 words).
Assessment includes a structured report highlighting strengths and weaknesses (minimum 500 words), and a 30-minute video call to discuss the assessment and answer any questions.
Turnaround time is 2 weeks from receipt of manuscript.
After booking you will be emailed instructions for submitting your manuscript and scheduling a follow-up call.
Manuscript assessment for 1 x junior fiction manuscript (up to 10,000 words).
Assessment includes a structured report highlighting strengths and weaknesses (minimum 500 words), and a 30-minute video call to discuss the assessment and answer any questions.
Turnaround time is 4 weeks from receipt of manuscript.
After booking you will be emailed instructions for submitting your manuscript and scheduling a follow-up call.
Manuscript assessment for 1 x middle grade manuscript (up to 50,000 words).
Assessment includes a structured report highlighting strengths and weaknesses (minimum 1000 words), and a 30-minute video call to discuss the assessment and answer any questions.
Turnaround time is 4 weeks from receipt of manuscript.
